The dahl is brilliant. £5 for a large portion of either tadka dahl or dahl makhni which is enough for 2 people. It's ranked no. 3 out of 201 restaurants in Southall according to the Restaurant Guru website. The chapattis we make at home. So basically for £2.50 per person you got yourself a mouth watering takeaway curry. It's near Southall Police Station, Southall Broadway so if by chance you're on the Broadway it may be worth your while taking a walk over because it's a lot cheaper than the restaurants on Southall Broadway. Kebab rolls are a little on the expensive side although they are pretty large. Samosas are really nice and larger, cheaper than Southall Broadway. They accept card payments. Overall good food, value for money, parking easy to find, order over the phone and collect, eat in but no...

I have not been able to write this review because I was suffering from burns and shock. My friend and I were overcharged so I said show me the bill. He refused so I totaled it and it was £16/- even after paying the £1/- extra per dish, for eatin. So I complained but non of the staff helped. So I slapped the cash paid extra on the counter and I hope this satisfies you. A note slipped and fell on the other side. So what did he do? Tut for tat. He flung the food at me and it fell all over my leg shoe and amazingly a huge dolop on my stomach. I got burnt as it was kadi and butter chicken both liquid. My family asked why I did not call the police. I was in severe shock. Thank God my friend was able to drive me home. I had to put a 1 *...

We went to Southall with family who was visiting from India and were longing good Indian food. Found Taste of Punjab on google and wanted to try. Was very surprised that the food was sooo tasty, so fresh and just like home cooked. The flavours for each dish was so different , the meat was fresh and the naans were very soft and fresh too. The management was very accommodating of us making small requests to make the food suitable to our taste and making sure everything was right for us . The lamb on bone , methi chicken and onion bhaji are a must try. Their sweets as too good too !! I would definitely go back to this...

I recently visited Taste of Punjab and ordered the chole bhature. Unfortunately, the bhature was drenched in oil and covered in black dots, indicating they were fried in old, reused oil. The smell was awful due to the bad oil. I politely brought this to the staff's attention, but they refused to acknowledge the issue and didn't offer to replace the dish or compensate me. I couldn't even eat half of it and still had to pay the full amount. The service was disappointing and unprofessional. If you care about your health and hygiene, I strongly advise against dining here

Great place to eat every punjabi dish in Hayes, UK like veg samosa, nonveg samosa, paneer samosa, chaat, samosa chaat, chole bhatura etc. any many more plus sweets with excellent sittings... and most important point is that everything is fresh (fry after order, not prefried). The owner of the restaurant, Mr. Ranjeet Singh is also at the counter with smiling face and jolly nature to attend the customers....WMK

Chill vibes if you're looking for an authentic Punjabi stop in Southall. Phenomenal food, and the garlic naan is to die for. It is so soft and delicious. 😍 the only thing I would recc is if you want the food like Indian spicy - let them know. The food I had was pretty mild and I would've liked it spicy, but should've vocalized that instead of assume 😅😶‍🌫️either way!! Amazing fooooood✨🥰
