The Plough — Restaurant in London

The new owner has disappointed by refurbishing this pub to a low standard, it has been poorly decorated and fitted with low quality floor covering. I have been informed the owner has several pubs but you can clearly see this is not his forte. The venue accommodates people smoking cannabis without consequences and is not suitable for families. The pub requires management and staff with passion, staff are young foreign students without experience & training, with very basic customer service and verbal communication skills. New Indian owners. Kitchen now does food. Food is lovely. Got mix roll and paneer roll. Deep filled. The mix roll had generous amount of meat.
