Tasty African Food — Restaurant in London

I dined in today at the Tasty on Trafalgar Road and my experience was terrible and I won't be dining or having takeaway at any other Tasty again (I've also been to the one in Woolwich). From the moment I entered the women at the counter were not welcoming and looked rather depressed. I couldn't finish my food and asked for the rest to be packed and one of the ladies came to my table slammed a plastic container on my table and walked away. When she eventually walked by my table I asked if I was expected to pack my own food she looked at me blankly and said nothing, so I requested for another container and packed my own food. That is extremely rude and poor customer service and I have never had to pack food in a restaurant before. I have let family and friends know what happened and they will also not be dining there. The food itself was also quite average and the portion of plantain was very small. This place would've been an easy 3 or 4 stars but the service has gone downhill a lot over the past few months. When delivering, the food can sometimes arrive cold since they dont bother heating up the food. Sometimes they give you the wrong food and one time I had a delivery take an hour and a half for 2 items! In person isn't much better either, the staff are soulless and one time I waited for 3 minutes by the counter and while there were people inside no one took my order. While the food can be nice at times, the service is what's putting me off eating...

I had to wait at least 1:30 minutes for my food to be given to my driver. He was at the restaurant for a good 40 minutes before giving him the food. Which resulted in him coming to me about 2 hours after I ordered my food. It don’t make any sense, if you’ve opened the restaurant ready for the orders to be placed, it means that the food should be ready and cooked. I shouldn’t have to wait and you shouldn’t have to make the driver wait because you are still COOKING the food. Come on. I am expecting my food to arrive and I hope the taste makes up for...
