Ridiculously cute levels of branding here that definitely appeal to this grown woman's inner child. Teddy bears, hot pink and sweet stuff could it be any better? No it couldn't it is perfection and looks like the kind of place I will become addicted to.

There are Teddy's everywhere, dog themed bubble tea drinks and cute sugary snacks available. There is a huge variety of Bubble teas available, you can decide your own or pick from their cutesy named bubble teas. I had a bubble tea called the puppy and it was delicious from start to finish. There was no loss of flavour when I ate the semolina bubbles and my straw didn't collapse!

We have been loyal customers buying from the shop for a while. We went in about two months ago and purchased three drinks. I paid and then gave them my loyalty card to stamp. At this point it was filled and the server informed us to bring it in next time to claim the free drink. We went in today and this was not honoured. We were questioned persistently for about five minutes and even asked to describe the lady. The man serving said he would not honour the card and then even tried to give it back to us (a bit of a pointless gesture?!). This is a really disappointing service and we shall not...

I am SO excited you have opened up here in Beckenham. I'm a huge fan of bubble tea shops, and it's nice to see one in the neighbourhood. For anyone who's never tried bubble tea, Teddy Bear Bubble Tea is the real deal! This is not an imitation bubble tea shop, but one very similar to those you might see in East Asia like Taiwan. Very kid-friendly too. You can specify exactly how much sugar you would like them to put into your drinks, which is always a nice option. I just wish you were open...
