Went here for an unlimited prosecco brunch. We had an hour and a half to drink as much prosecco as possible as long as we ordered a brunch to go with it. I ordered the pancakes which definitely tasted pre cooked. Some were very dark whilst others were quite light. Fortunately the bacon and maple syrup were a lovely compliment to the meal.

We normally go there during the day, it gets pretty crowded and noisy in the evenings. A great place to have drinks, desserts and a chat with friends. Good service and friendly staff.

SERVED RAW CHICKEN AND HAD FOOD POISONING The Bosco lounge kitchen, a total disgrace.

I booked a table for my birthday, and what a ,mistake that was. We ordered 3 small plates for starters, the lamb, calamari and (raw) popcorn chicken. My partner cut into one of he piece off chicken and found the centre to be un cooked. We immediately took it back. Then so called manager, a polish guy came over and apologised and offered some meals own the house. At his point all I wanted to do was leave as I had no confidence with the kitchen. I accepted (gave a second chance)and ordered 2 streaks, WELL DONE. These were fine.

At the end of the meal we were unbelievable charged for the 2 mains courses that we were told that would be free. I was even told that I had a free bottle of champagne so what more did I want. This bottle of champagne was free offer as it was my birthday. The manager said it was my word against the other person, in relation to the free main courses. I explained that its bad enough to be served raw chicken as its a high risk food, and then to be charged for this when I was told it was free, is a rubbing salt into the wound. I explained that I am an Environmental Health Officer and that I am very concerned with the practice in your kitchen. I was even told that the chef was new. This is an unbelievable excuse and I am sure the food safety team at the local authority will be ingested in such poor excuses of incompetence.

There is no excused to serve raw chicken , this is totally negligent and can cause serious illness.

My partner and I had symptoms relating to food poisoning some 2 days after visiting Bosco, both of us ate the raw chicken served form the kitchen. I don't want any excuses your apologies, as the matter is in excusable. Thank you so much Bosco for a memorable evening. I WOULD AVOID EATING HERE AT ALL COSTS.

Since posting a review on trip advisor, Alison (guest relations) is disputing my review. Perhaps Bosco should be addressing the issues in their kitchen. rather than disputing factually...

We are an events organisation and this normally wonderful venue is close one of our offices. The staff are normally friendly, kind and go out of their way to give you great service. Unfortunately they are under new management. The new Manager should never be near customer service. He is a petulant, arrogant individual who does not know how to treat his customers especially his regulars. Our CEO spends regularly here and we were disappointed with him twice in a week. He gave our table away on one occasion and treated us badly. It is such a shame as he lets this great venue down that we always visit. He needs training and the look on his staffs face is out of embarrassment when he makes decisions. They can see when they are being managed by a petulant unprofessional man child. We might have to find a new local to...

This is my local. I visit sometimes twice a week and spend a lot of money here. Unfortunately there is a new Manager who is rude and does not know how to look after his regulars. He is arrogant and let’s his great team down. As an Amex Centurion member who runs an event organisation he is the worst Manager I have dealt with. He is the Ali Baba version of management. It’s really a shame as the chef, bar staff and waitresses are all excellent and so polite. He is actually putting me off visiting my favourite place in my area which is a...
