The Buffalo — Restaurant in London

Wife got Chips 2 portions and forgot to give add salt. We had to throw away the chips, missed the train as well. Whilst when we phoned up to ask about the chips, they say she didn't ask for salt. She said to them, "Give EVERYTHING separately" when they asked for salt pepper ketchup mayo. Just own up and say, sorry we didn't give it. Don't blame my wife, whilst they cooked the chips like they attempting to contest for MasterChef and taken 15 mins! Frustrating..

She did not say No. You do not say things like it's is a fact!! You could have just said, miscommunication or didn't hear. However you plainly say my Wife said No as a matter of Fact. She has merely answered you question of salt and pepper, as separately and just answered it as "Sorry we do not do separately" rather than assume.

Also set the expectations at the start and say to us "It will take 15 mins" rather than us missing the train and spending extra £37 on Uber to get to the place.

If you had merely apologized and said maybe there was a miscommunication, I would have changed the review. Listen. I’ve not had a fry up in years, I was in town for another reason and suddenly thought ‘I wonder if anywhere around here has a good fry up’. WOW. Just wow.
