Really diss appointed as heard such good things and my friend really wanted to go .. but Sadly had a very rude bar man..by name of Dean ( allegedly) said he was manager (doubtful as he had no customer skills whatsoever ) my friend put a wine on a table .. ( a mushroom table ) which unfortunately tipped over .. glass broken .. I went to the bar to let him know what happened . He promptly told I could clean it up ..To which I was taken back ... I suggested it was not really up to me .. but would help if needed ... i asked for a replacement wine for my friend ... he was really off hand and said .. no he would not replace .. I again tried to explain the accident was due to an unstable table which collapsed!! He continued to be off hand .. I asked to speak to manager or owner he said was the manager and the owner would not be interested.. I gave up rather that argue .my friend waited to speak to him .. only to be ignored . guy then ignored my friend for 10 minutes... we decided to leave as it was a really awful situation But . wonât be returning.. real shame as my friend really wanted to go there, thanks for the POOR ATTITUDE.. rubbish service and real lack of care to what you do ..
