The bar staff who were there at the time of our visit were 2 guys, one a budding actor, orginally from Chicago, quite entertaining behind the bar, the other barman was super charming, and a bar lady that made sure everyone was OK constantly infront and behind the bar) all made our experience so relaxing, super kind, and friendly, toilets clean, food was tasty. definitely go back as they provided a lovely environment to be in, which for a pub around Liverpool St is rare as normally it's so touristy, over priced, and not pub like at all.
