I recently visited the Lush, and I must say that my experience was made even more enjoyable by the exceptional service I received from the shop assistant. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome.
The shop assistants especially Shaqiera and Ridi were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to listen to mine and my sons needs and preferences. They provided me with valuable recommendations and even let me sample some products to help me make the right choices. Their passion for the brand and its ethos was evident, and it added to the overall positive atmosphere in the store.
What stood out the most was their patience and willingness to answer all of my questions. It's rare to find such dedicated and customer-focused individuals in retail, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making my shopping experience memorable.
I left the store feeling satisfied with my purchases and grateful for the excellent assistance I received. The shop assistants at Lush went above and beyond to ensure I had a delightful shopping experience, and I would highly recommend visiting this store for their exceptional service.

The fact that she's helped me not only once but twice get exactly what I need, and not just for my body's care but for my souls enrichment and emotional regulation so I can brave whatever is coming next for me! She is and was nothing but helpful kind compassionate and tuned into what I was feeling and needing and has been one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. If I can even call it shopping, it felt like a loving exchange of me getting what I need and her being the guide to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even just the intuitive way she singled out the very thing I needed today which is the vesvivo volcano bath bomb cause I'm really in my phoenix energy right now was so serendipitous and also means especially more as I am autistic and struggle sometimes being spoilt with too many choices and colours to choose from. I would really like whoever reads this to recognise her efforts and her presence as having become part of me being better able to not only cope through ym day but be excited for the future and feel really loved and supported by the universe through this meeting...

But I must make a complain here and I hope Lush can see it - I didn't find the gift box I wanted online, so I picked individual products and hoping to find a box to put them together. I saw some boxes outside the shop and wanted to use them. I literally touched the box for less than one second and a tall big woman said very rude to me "you are not allowed to touch it". Well, then don't leave them outside and make them look like recycle rubbish then.
I asked kindly and said "oh sorry I didn't realise the products were in it. Do you have empty boxes?" Then she repeatedly said: you are not allowed to touch the boxes". I asked again, can you please check whether you have empty box, she said no without even a look.
That's how you treat customer?! Can't you say things with manner?! If you don't want a happy new year to start with, then don't give that rb face to me. I dont want to see a rude face to start my year.
