The Orangery at Hotel du Vin Wimbledon — Restaurant in London

Firstly, I need to inform you all that this is a hotel restaurant. I had breakfast here this morning. It was perfect, firstly I had a glass of orange juice with a fruit salad. Then toast and marmalade/jam. Then I went on to have Oak Smoked Salmon with Scrambled egg and a fancy piece of toast. Rounded off with a lovely cup of coffee. Staff worked quietly in the background. I haven't been to Cannizaro House & Cannizaro Park for many years. This visit has reaffirmed that I need to visit more often. I had a meal with a close friend, our server-Robert was attentive to all of my sensitivities. I noticed that the drink I ordered had an allergen in it & Robert went out of his way to speak to the bar staff (Ben) and created a drink customised with my allergy information in mind. I’ve been a guest at Cannizaro and am very disappointed with the way I was treated by your staff. I entered from the garden side, as I have done before, and was rudely told to leave by a waiter who spoke to me like a child. He said he would only serve me if I came through the main entrance. This is not the first time I’ve experienced unprofessional behavior from your team.
