Eh....this was better when Wetherspoon owned it. At least they had what was advertised. Had to settle for a cider (my 3rd choice). 1st one had a note to say coming soon...ok, fair enough. 2nd didn't have any notice, and the pump clip was facing towards me, the public. Yet bartender goes. Nah, not on. Have a London Pride. I don't want a London Pride, especially since Asahi took over and ruined it. (In my opinion.) Also, as you can imagine it was all very expensive. As I was about to order the cider instead, the bartender just walked off and started chatting to his mate at the other end of the bar. When i finally did get served, I had to come over to him to get my half a pint of cider! The food looked dry, and all servings seemed quite small. The guests having food didn't seem to like it at all. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because you can have a runway view, and with the flight radar 24 app, this can make an hour or so pass by a lot quicker. Please, Wetherspoon, come back. All is forgiven.

Would have preferred to pay £25 for a Greggs pasty than what I got Ordered a steak pie as I don't think I'll eat one for a while. The mash and veg were unevenly cooked. The pie was mainly a paste inside and the two corks of steak I did get were venomous with vinegar. Asked for English mustard but they only have American. (Sat thinking of any redeemable points, and setting to analyse, I've realised it came with cold gravy!) Decided to pick a steak pie as I'm moving abroad and thought that I should have a proper British meal as I might not have one for a while. I suppose it was proper British in the fact it tasted awful? Just another happy reminder of why I'm leaving this country.

Big sign stating “take a seat and they will do the running”. Went in and took a seat with our family. Was rudely told off by rude waitress that we can’t sit there and there’s a sign saying to wait. Not a good morning to start, not a conversation, just commands. Maybe take a look at the sign that you put out there? Attitude is the main thing. There’s always understanding when there’s communication, not by telling customer off. It’s not a busy day just yet, maybe she is having a tough time, but we are also not here to have a bad time. If you don’t want to be here, don’t be here. QR code is also not working. Slow service. Tea is also weak.

At least this wouldn't be your first impression of fullers. Just shame that it could be your last.

Left waiting at the host station for 10 mins whilst 3 floor staff and 2 bar staff strolled around us.

You could forgive this if the place was busy. When we were showed to a table at least 80% were empty. Sticky but empty.

Then given menus and told by our server he would be back in 2 mins for ordering.

Another 10 mins and he reappeared to take an order. I would suggest order tablets if staff can't remember 2 drinks and 2 meals with sides.

Wrong drinks and forgetting sides is not a good impression

Whilst trotting out the same line that prices are comparable to London prices, service and quality does not compare. £18 for a pre-made dry cheeseburger and the same for half a rack of ribs in bottle bbq sauce is not comparable.

A better comparison is to any of the fast food restaurants that exist.

Please do not judge the standards, food quality or service to others. This is clearly the only place available on landside T2 so can get away with no competition and thus has bread a slap dash attitude to service.

I urge Heathrow to allow more food outlets landside so as to make standards improve as if there was anywhere else to go we would.

On top of all this was charged an "optional " service charge that was actually part of the bill. And wouldn't be removed.

Is this a way of underpaying staff by having a standard service charge.

Am sure HMRC would be interested in this being part of the bill rather than an option.

I look forward to a standard response that will be copy...

So I went there with my mother due to wanting something to eat before our flight, and this place had decent reviews so we went in for their breakfast. Just an eggs royale with a classic veg English breakfast nothing exceedingly fancy and quite simple. The best part of my English breakfast were the chips, they had a nice taste and what you should expect, and the toast was quite nice as well, beans are beans, but the rest of the items were terrible in comparison. The veg sausage didn’t look like any sausage I’ve seen and was not only undercooked but also had an over abundance of salt, the poached eggs where really runny and had almost no taste, the spinach felt like they where cooking it forgot about it and left it to cook for another 10 mins. And then the mushroom, was absolutely the worst part, it taste like you just gave a person a raw mushroom and had a terrible fungal after taste that keeps hitting you well over 30 mins after just tasting it. While I didn’t have the eggs royal, I tasted a bit of the salmon, and it also was old, it was extremely bitter and felt like it went bad well over a few weeks ago. The worst part however, is it that it took 30 mins for it to be ready, which if you were in a hurry to get your flight, would royally screw you over. Now I saw the rest of the reviews and it seems like it mostly focuses on lunch and dinner items, which is fine, I’m just posting and saying, if you want breakfast, it would be better to eat it at home then...
