The Yeast Brothers Pizza — Restaurant in London

We were regular customers of the boys when they were based at the Artworks on Creekside so had to try them out at their new base at The Duke ASAP! They didn't disappoint and we were pleased to learn that they were still happy to do a half-the-cheese 'bunny' (shaped) pizza for my toddler, she wolfed it down as ever. The pizza dough is lovely and fluffy and never dry and I am pleased to feed the pizza to my 2 year old as a treat as it is not overly salty and the ingredients used are obviously fresh. I also appreciate the brothers' kindness and consideration to us over the months, always kindly bringing our pizza over rather than making me collect it from the counter as they knew it would be difficult for me to get up with my daughter already seated. Super- happy that they are now based even closer to us....

Nearly missed out on dining here, as the Yeast Brothers is in a pub called The Duke. Saw the poster in the window and went in, a little nervously at first as it was just me with my daughter and I could see some men playing snooker in the window. However, when we stepped in we saw a couple of families and when I went to the bar, staff were very pleasant. We were seated immediately and given menus. My daughter’s nut and egg allergy presented no problems. We ordered the shroom pizzas, with a side of olives, glass of house white wine and a ginger ale. Food arrived promptly, hot and absolutely delicious. Really excellent pizza! You can see the huge pizza oven behind the bar and them making the pizzas to order. Believe the hype! When I say, possibly the best pizza I have ate in my life!! I know, that’s a bold statement!! But that nduja and burrata pizza with a side of the chilli honey and truffle mayo!! I must admit that the other pizza, a chicken pizza was no comparison to the nduja and burrata one but that could simply be down to preference. We've been trying to catch this place when it’s open and tonight we did, we sat outside In the garden area, I love the creative vibe of the place. The micro vegetable grow room!! Everything is very cool and that pizza was a madness!! Need to try the jerk spot next!!...
