TASTE Taste of the wings was amazing, I ordered for the salted caramel wings as a combo meal which included fries and drinks. The fries I ordered a cajun fries and my drink was a diet coke as a can which came free included with the combo meal. Someone else ordered a cheese and bacon ranch burger and as a combo meal.
The taste of the wings was sweet and delicious, it did taste like caramel with the sauce. I highly recommend this flavour because it is jew and unique.
SERVICE Service was fast as our meal came just in time around 10mins or below. The lady serving was polite and nice when taking our orders, no mistakes were made. They wore gloves and appropriate safety gear kit. Since the centre is just a little kiosk, I cannot say much about the venue.
The pricing is kind of dare or partially expensive. But it is worth it to try something new. A burger, wings or strops without combo meal will set you around £7 to £9. Regarding the drink as a combo, you get coke, diet coke or water. Rest of the drinks are extra cost not included as a combo meal such as Fruit shoot.
OVERALL I would recommend this place because of the new unique taste of the flavoured wings. If you are used to barbecue wings, buffalo wings, hot wings, spicy wings, kfc wings etc; you must try their salted caramel wings. Nothing special about their chips, chips and is chips. But wings is a MUST try.
Price may be a lot, but you WILL...
Read moreI tell you what, I wouldn’t like to work with Helen. What an absolute nightmare she is causing chaos.
Took my order as she was serving the tills, probably another 6 people in the queue behind she just walks off to the kitchen to micro manage. I could tell every other staff didn’t want her there. She’s just going back and forth leaving customers in the queue, there was no need for it. Maybe she was trying to make herself look important, there’s a time and place for that, not on a busy Friday evening.
When she took my order usually I get asked what free dip would I like, today Helen just added a blue cheese dip. I also told her I want a takeaway. When my order came through I told her I didn’t want blue cheese but she just said that what I get with my wings. I then told her I wanted takeaway, she very rudely said “well it’s in a takeaway box” box was open on a tray, while I’m seeing other takeaway orders being bagged up. I told her I’ve got a bit of a walk so in a box won’t be suffice, I need a bag. Again in a very abrupt manner she says “there’s only one of me”. Well if she just left everyone to do their jobs and not keep checking on every member of staff there wouldn’t be any problems. I usually come here for my lunch, never really had issues. I will go back but not when she’s there.
Also turns out she didn’t even give me my...
Read moreI came yesterday with my little sister. It wasn’t busy at that time. I was served by a person called Charlene, she was absolutely rude. I was ordering what I wanted and the response she gave was vile, she shown attitude for no reason and was not friendly at all. I didn’t expect smiles and laughter but at least some care and respect to the way you greet a customer. I was very friendly, I politely gave my order which she rudely disrupted me. I then asked if they do student discount, there was silence, so I look up she was giving a rude look, whilst a staff nearby had to answer for her and say yes. I understand we all have bad days but it doesn’t give you rights to put your misery and rude behaviour on someone innocent. I said my thanks and shown respect to her unlike her. She ruined my day and my sister felt really sad as she felt we was being mistreated out of the blue. What was even more upsetting the staff and I were hijabis and I thought it will be a simple, everyday service but I was wrong. This behaviour was unacceptable for anyone to experience what I went through. We all have our own issues but to show rude and disrespectful behaviour to someone who at least had the courtesy to say please and thank you and be patient is unfair. I hope management can improve this and prevent this from...
