Torino Express — Restaurant in London

Average pizza, not worth the hassle.

I called Torino to place an order for collection, I had order three 7 inch pizza meals as per their website. When placing my order they told me to bring cash, I asked if they accepted card and the man on the phone told me to withdraw it from the nearby petrol station. I got to the petrol station and the cash machine was out of order, I went to a few shops nearby and no luck of getting cash. I then called the store explaining I was on my way from a long journey, my house is out the way to get cash and no where nearby gives cash back or has a cash machine. The man on the phone suggested a couple other places which I went to and none of them had a cash machine. After driving around for over 20 minutes looking to get cash, I went into their shop and told them I had no luck. How did I pay? BY CARD!! They had a card machine in store but didn’t want to mentioned this in any of the 3 conversations I had with them stating I only have card and not cash. I then paid for my 3 pizza meals and only received 3 pizzas. I told them I ordered pizza MEALS and they said they do not do this (on the website it clearly states pizza meals). I would avoid this place as their pizza is average and was not worth the hassle...

I love Torino Express. I've ordering from this place for such a long time now, it's one of my go to places for a good take out meal.

There's something about their kebabs that just sets them apart from other take outs. For a start, they pack the kebab box out so much with meat and salad it just seems enjoyable to see before you begin that first bite.

Love the chips as well, just the right amount of tastiness I enjoy.

It's about time I leave a review on this wonderful establishment, I've been ordering and enjoying for years and years now.

The place isn't too far from where I live and they're always reliable, they've never been over the time when delivering.

The customer service on the phone is fantastic, very polite and very organised. The delivery and drivers are always great, well mannered and a pleasure to recieve the meal and talk to.

Very disappointed in my order last night! Order was completely wrong I mean chicken burger and chicken doner are two seperate items.🙄 anyway once I called them back to inform them of the order they insisted for me to wait for the delivery driver to return to base to find out who took my order. Sooo unprofessional. My son was waiting for his doner while the guests ate. (He only eats chicken donner) Once the correct food arrived the driver insisted on returning the previous order. What did they want to do with the burger meal? Sell it? To teach them a lesson as an embarrassment I had to face as a parent I returned a half eaten burger which they kept insisting for. Can u believe the cheek they actually took it.never ever am I order food from them again. They lost a customer who has been loyal to them for over 20...
