Absolutely disgusted with the overall service I received yesterday at the Excel when purchasing my bagels 🥯 it took a while for some one to serve me even thou there was only one woman waiting for a drink and four people on the counter faffing around then when I did get served the bloke decided to serve someone else whilst my transaction hadn't been finalised I was always told in retail you serve one customer at a time ..... because he served someone else whilst serving me he didn't give me my receipt so i could verify my order to claim my bagels then had a cheek to give me a look if to say he did !!!! Apart from the bagels 🥯 being nice the Service was CRAP you need to train your staff on CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I'd of been a mystery shopper I'd gave poor marks for customer service 😠😠😠😠

Made the mistake of ordering the salmon and cream cheese bagel. It was without doubt the worst bagel I've ever had. This was around 11am on Wednesday 10th April.

For over £7 I received a bagel that was absolutely solid and rock hard, nearly destroying my teeth just to get a bite!

The bagel was beyond stale, at least 3-4 days old. It was solid and totally dry like it was made of cement not dough. There is no way that bagel was even one day old let alone fresh. I don't know what week old leftovers they served us. This is the garbage quality being served even on a Wednesday morning when I went. Was attending an exhibition at London Excel and thought of trying bagel factory after years, they used to have sundries tomato, pastrami and emmental cheese sandwich that I used to love, at first the menu has changed, they had 5-6 items and looked very much like corporate fastfood joint now. Order the pastrami bagel which wasnt good at all, lack of flavour, the pastrami itself was processed meat instead of actual beef. What a shame
