Good service, helpful staff. I attended an expo at the ExCel Center in London and, because I had had enough hotel coffee, I wanted to try something else. Attended an event at excel. Paid for water and a sandwich, but told sandwiches were being made and to go back in 10 minutes. Returned after 10 mins to be told unfortunately they couldn’t make more sandwiches. asked for a refund which they said they’d actioned. Two weeks on, still no refund, no response to emails or their on line form for whereabouts of my refund! So awful...

Genuinely the worst coffee experience I've ever had.

Ordered a flat white for £3, tasted worst than instant coffee, and so bad I instantly threw it away.

It is so obvious this place is being greedy on profit by using low quality beans, and a press of the button bean to cup grinder.
