Mooboo Green Street — Restaurant in London

Terrible terrible customer service, and the drinks were very underwhelming, would definitely advise to spend your money at other bubble tea places.

I asked if I could have my drink “sparkling” which I spent extra for and was told “of course”. 15 minutes later, they tell me that it would not be possible and if I would just like the fruit tea, which did not have any extras which I already paid for. Later I was offered a refund for the extra but only after I mentioned that I paid extra for it, I find it ridiculous that an employee who looked senior in the branch would assume I would just be happy with settling for a drink that costs less than I paid. I compromised for the blended ice option which I had to ask for and was not offered instead. I had to wait 30 minutes for a drink that takes a maximum of two minutes to make. After settling the issue by compromising for the blended ice option, my order should have been prioritised over the other customers who came 15 minutes after us but they all received their orders first. And after that long 30 minute wait, which I could have ordered and received a premium steak dinner for, I received an extremely underwhelming, run-of-the-mill, basic fruit tea with bubbles. It is not worth the money they charge, and if you are someone that does like their bubble teas, do not spend your money here as you would be very disappointed. If you are someone that does not really care much about bubble teas, I would suggest saving yourself £2-£4 and getting a slush or cold drink from elsewhere. The ottoman doner opposite do tango ice blasts too and the shops around offer a good drink selection for much less.

One of my favourite places for a bubble tea fix. Don’t know her name (young girl, had her hair in a bun with a gold hair clip) but babygirl smashed making my drinks today. They taste the best out of all the drinks I’ve ever gotten from here. Served with a smile the entire time even though she was alone and it got quite busy. Give the girl a raise because she was great. There’s also a friendly hijabi girl (wears a nose ring) who also does a lovely job too, serves me & my twin with a such a positive attitude whenever she’s there. Well...

Cannot believe how bad the bubble tea was. We got two passion fruit bubble teas. Firstly the tapioca was hard and the passion fruit tea didn’t taste like passion fruite . We’ve been to many mooboo and had no issues but I would advise not going near this one.My wife found a twisted bit of plastic in her mouth after sipping on the bubble tea.
