Waite & Rose Café — Restaurant in London

Today I been to Waitrose and was great, I find all the products I was looking for and also I was talking to a lovely lady called Terry, she's such a lovely lady, always smiling, always helping in everything, she's in charge of the checkout. I spoke to Terry and I told everything about how I feel about how every time I come to waitrose I saw her with a beautiful smile. She's the sunshine of Waitrose. It's nice to feel welcome, the staff are extremely nice, I'm a regular customer I can say I'm a happy customer. Had a very upsetting experience ,yesterday..I have nerve damage in my right leg and sometimes need to use a crutch..I had just three items to buy and all tills had people with trolleys and much more than I had,I asked the gilt at click and collect and she was abrupt with me told me sorry I'm serving someone else I stood there dazed as I could hardly walk and no one was avaliable..so I said to one guy who was stocking the shelf..can you out these back..as I could not stand in a queue in pain..he just said give it here"..and no concern was shown at all about why I wanted to put the items back. This place treats its employees terribly. My favorite part of going to this store has been interacting with one employee that works the cheese counter and is truly amazing at their job and has excellent customer service skills. They went to see their father in America for a couple weeks, after only seeing him once in 2 years due to COVID. They are now telling them that they must either quit or be fired because they were gone too long, despite the fact the had every shift covered for their trip. Do not shop here.
