T4 Bromley — Restaurant in London

Apologies for the long review but I think this place deserves it. I love this place! I have tried Bubble Tea in several other locations previously and was not a fan. My friend managed to convince me to try just one more time at T4 Bromley and now I'm hooked!

First impressions as you walk in, the whole shop front, production area and as much as you can see down the back is crystal white, everything is always super clean.

Their service is incredibly friendly, the owners and I have had several good conversations as I wait for my drink to be prepared. If you do not know about Bubble Tea (which I don't), the staff are very helpful in explaining everything and allowing you to try samples.

And of course, the main thing is the drinks are so good! As mentioned, I tried Bubble Tea in other places and did not really enjoy them. They were either too sweet, not nice flavour, tasted cheap etc, but here you can customise everything. How cold/hot you want it, how sweet you want it, what tea you want to what bubbles you want etc. There are also so many options of teas and bubbles that you can try.

In just a couple of weeks I have become a loyal customer. My go to drink, so far, is the Taro Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls. If you like Bubble Tea or would like to try it, I highly recommend going to T4. I've been to lots of different T4, but this one customer service is just disappointedly poor. I used the app to bought and paid by card and say collecting time at 1.35pm. I reach the shop at 1.52pm yep I looked at the exact time as the staff moaned at me for being late for collect my order. They have been waited for me for so long time. (To be precised it's 17mins) is it a really long time? Let alone the store is empty not like lots of customers waiting. Ok as I collected the order about to walked out the shop I got stopped and the staff said may be next time you should figure out the exact time you will be collecting and be close to your collection time. I was shocked, why would you complain about your customer for being late for collection and the order is already paid and order them to figure out the exact time to be collecting.... this is London there are so many traffic, weather all sort of reasons for not collecting on time. When I came in there was a guy talking to someone on the phone. He was quite polite when he switched it off and asked me what I would like but he was clearly acting because after that he turned around, walked away and started shouting for someone to come over and make my drink. He then sat on a chair in the corridor where he was clearly visible and kept talking on the phone while another guy came in and started making my drink. I also saw a lady come out to make someone else’s drink and she really just looked like all the life had been sucked out of her! The drink was disgusting and way too sweet.
