Worst cafe I’ve been to in Bromley on multiple fronts.

Service 1/5- rude throughout made me move table after having already ordered my food. While irregular this could be done in a positive way but was very much not.

Food -2/5 the vegetarian breakfast at £7.25 is a single burnt egg, three hash browns, beans, some mangled tinned tomato, and the greasiest mushrooms you’ve ever seen. I asked for an additional veggie burger to be added (taking the whole dish up 8.85 I believe) and paid extra for something I can say made me feel sick after eating. Worst veggie burger I’ve ever eaten (29 years of vegetarian life).

Price 0/5- finished up what I felt was vaguely edible on the plate. Total was 13.25 for a veggie breakfast with an extra burger and a Diet Coke. No idea how it got to this total given the prices listed earlier.

Decor/comfort- -1/5 the booths look like they’re fine and I initially sat in one as I had bags with my to have a bit of comfort. After being moved I was sat on a cramped little one seater booth that made using my left arm to eat a challenge (multiple whacks of the funny bone).

I’ve eaten at most of the cafes in Bromley and can comfortably recommend any of the others in the area for both quality of food/price/comfort. Zara’s kitchen across the road a good...

As many other reviews state, staff have attitude issues and one particular staff member has a serious attitude issue! I have been here many times and every time I went to this cafe I have ordered one of the set breakfasts which comes with either tea or coffee. Staff do not acknowledge this when ordering and walk off before you can even ask which one you would like. This then makes it very awkward when asking for the tea or coffee. Then the last time I went, I asked the waitress if I can have my tea or coffee which comes with my breakfast and then got some really rude attitude from her (rolling her eyes and strong sarcasm), then added it extra on my bill ! The food is already overpriced for what you get and the food is very average tasting, nothing special. Just a convenient place to eat if you’re in Bromley and want a breakfast. 1 Star as I couldn’t give ZERO! 25 minutes wait for a take out! Food order came wrong and when I challenged them they gave me loads of abuse! They rectified THERE mistake, all be it taking the already cooked food from the baguette and putting it back on the grill then adding the correct food order to a fresh baguette!!
