Caffè Nero — Restaurant in London

They close at 7pm, turned up just after 6:35pm. I ordered a sausage roll, cake & strawberry milkshake. Was told the cake was frozen so I couldn't have it, & that sausage roll & drink would be given to me "to go". Ok fine, just meeting a friend & didn't intend to be there long anyway. Blonde woman abrupt & rude. Made it obvious customers were a bit of a nuisance & standing in the way of her going home. The place itself was dingy & in need of a refurb. Had been away for a few weeks. So just before I returned to Caffe Nero Bromley South a friend said the manageres was recuperating from surgery. No matter, as usual everything was GREAT. Being warmly welcomed by lovely, efficient ladies was magic. The cleanliness, the service, was second to none. Well done to them all. Too many to namecheck them all but Victoria, Brenda, Tatssiana,Ana,Camilla, and all the up and coming ladies...........THANK YOU.and who could forget...
