Water Tower Teas — Restaurant in London

This is a family-run kiosk in the heart of the beautiful Park Hill Park selling a great range of food including homemade cakes, sandwiches, paninis and ice cream plus tea, coffee and cold drinks including iced coffee. The cakes on offer seem to change regularly so definitely worth keeping an eye on their Twitter account to see what's on offer at the moment. They also sell jars of locally sourced honey.

On our visit we had a brie and cranberry panini and a slice of carrot cake with iced coffees. Great food and drink for a reasonable price. There are few tables outside the kiosk but also lots of benches and other seating around the park itself.

Further Update: This refreshment kiosk does indeed exist, but it is ONLY OPEN ON A SEASONAL BASIS, from Easter until September/October, weather permitting! As I arrived near closing time (5 pm), so more details will have to wait until my next visit. Update: I have identified the venue, but it appears to no longer be in business, although it is conceivable that it is only open for very limited hours or seasons. Best victoria sponge cake I have ever eaten. So light and moist and fluffy with just the right amount of cream and jam. We often come here as our little dog loves it.
