Wenzel`s the Bakers — Restaurant in London

Not happy with the Chingford SHOP. I walked into the shop and wanted to place a BIG order. The bread is expose so everyone can touch it and feel it with hands. I saw a lady feel the bread with a hands and she changed her mind and put it back. the shop workers dont wear gloves. Therefore, when you order bread and the worker is feeling your bread with unwashed hands. that is not good. keep in mind these are the same hands taking dirty money. I was soo upset because the food is really nice. To wenzel bosses can you ensure the public customers cant feel and touch the bread. people are feeling them and not buying them. Keep in mind we are in covid - 19 times. Please can the staff wear gloves and change does like subway. its not fair your looking forward to this lovely bread and the woman takes money i front of you then uses the same hands to get your bread. please make this change. i want to come back...

My mother recently had a disappointing experience at Wenzel's, primarily due to the rude behavior of a supervisor named Aurora. When my mum kindly asked her to put the items in a bag, she rolled her eyes and responded dismissively, she was rude the whole time even another customer had to complain because of her attitude. It's unfortunate to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially from someone in a supervisory position. Customer service should be about making the customer feel valued, but my experience left me feeling quite the opposite. I hope Wenzel's can address this issue to improve their service moving forward because that is totally unacceptable usually i do get good service from other workers there.
