I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wingstop, and my experience was elevated to a whole new level thanks to Amber! From the moment I walked in, Amber's warm smile and friendly demeanor set the tone for an incredible dining experience. She greeted me with such genuine enthusiasm that I immediately felt like a valued guest rather than just another customer.
Amber's knowledge of the menu was impeccable. She patiently answered all my questions and provided thoughtful recommendations based on my preferences. Her passion for the food and dedication to ensuring every customer leaves satisfied is truly unparalleled. I could see her juggling multiple tasks effortlessly, yet she made sure every guest received personal attention.
When my order arrived, it was perfect in every way. Amber had made sure my wings were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, exactly as I had requested. She even checked in on me multiple times to make sure everything was up to standard and offered refills with a smile.

Read moreVisited Wingstop Bromley at 10:30pm this evening for some churros and was initially advised that fryers were turned off. I asked why this was when there as still 30 min to closing and a lot of staff were just loitering doing nothing and whispering between themselves. The never of staff couldnt really answer but asked if I wanted to speak to manager, which I agreed. The manager presents himself with a look of guilt on his face and said the machines weren’t working for chips or churros, despite a customer standing there eating chips, he then said that if he turned the machine back on the oil “May” not be safe, which was obviously a deterrent. He said you can even hear the machines going off now, even Theo there was no sound. It seems the staff all wanted to go home early hence turning off the machines early- they also all looked suspicious when I agreed to talk to manager and was discreetly trying to talk to each other about the situation. I’ve heard a lot of bad reviews about the wingstop Bromley, and questioners the so called manager if he had read any reviews which he had but just shrugged. Not entirely sure the guy I spoke to was even a manager but I think some customer service training is in order for all staff at restaurant as you can already tell it will be closed down soon. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at Wingstop, and it’s all thanks to Orelle! My mum and I were absolute newbies to Wingstop, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
From the moment we walked in, Orelle greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. She took the time to give us a thorough rundown of the entire menu, explaining each flavor and offering her personal recommendations based on our tastes. Her enthusiasm for the food was infectious!
