Wing stop as a brand is spectacular, however i’ve been to this specific branch twice and both times the service and the quality was poor I always go the blue water wing stop which is high quality and punctual, so i brought my friends back at christmas here, 55 minute wait time, was given a takeaway bag instead of a dine in platter, 3 wrong component ( 1 set of wings wrong flavour and 2 sets of chips wrong as well), by this point we had overrun the time so much that we had to just leave, this was a shame as i had repeatedly told my friends on how great wingstop is, and two of them said they wouldn’t think about coming again and not request a refund or anything. At the time, i assumed this was a one off, and that it was due to them being overrun. Today, there was a 35 minute wait time (‘fast food’), there is still a lack of a effective takeaway system and they forgot both of the sauces that i paid for with the meal, alongside randomly mixing other chips in with my sweet potato? ( pic attached) the stuff came out stone cold. alongside this, we have just received a random set of wings that are not ours, in replacement of the boneless chicken i ordered, almost every aspect of this order was done wrong and i’m left with a bunch of wings which aren’t even mine, disgraceful, all i can say is this branch of wing stop is a massive let down compared to all the others and needs a drastic overhaul and to actually learn how to process orders from the till to the kitchen. Horrendous from beginning to end. An absolute...

Took about 25 minutes to get into the joint, a rude vibe from the guy behind the till who took a long time to decide he was happy to serve us (meanwhile seamingly just staring into space) then spoke extremely quietly with a lot of attitude as if our ordering food from him was putting him out. I had to ask him to repeat himself about 5 times. We received an order number on the till receipt but no screen to let you know when your order is ready (even MacDonalds do that now - actually the ordering process and customer experience is superior in any MacDonalds to our experience here). When the food came it was ok, not amazing. I'd say reasonable quality chicken but a small amount of food. I bought 8 pieces of boneless chicken, my partner bought 8 chicken wings, I also bought their chicken burger and two sodas which came to £30 and wasn't a lot of food (see pics attached). The burger in particular is nothing to write home about.

There's been a lot of hype about the place but I've eaten better wings (also when we went most customers were teenagers so a relatable feel to eating in a MacDonalds). The dips were ok, probably the best part of it, but not worth the half hour queue and wait time. If you're thinking about trying it out then do but I'd be surprised if you'd...

WingStop, Cambridge Circus

Having visited the Gloucester Road branch previously, I decided to stop by for a quick lunch. The food was good as usual, I had the burger and the honey mustard slaw, which hardly had any honey mustard in.

I sat upstairs, where there was quite a few seats. This branch offers table service which was useful and the staff were friendly enough.

What I wasn’t to pleased with however was a member of staff watching over everyone eating upstairs. I think he collected finished meal trays when people left, but it was a little intimidating. Also, like the other branches, the music they play is dreadful and very loud, but I suppose that is what their target market is.

Overall 3/5. Good food, atmosphere could be improved but fine for a quick lunch.

EDIT TO REVIEW:

Visited again, it was absolutely packed, no seats available. I managed to order eat in, absolutely fine. Went to check for seats, none downstairs or upstairs available. Went back to the same young girl (wearing a headscarf) she quite rudely said no, your order is already in. When I got my food, was nearly crushed waiting for it, I asked the gentleman if I could get it takeaway instead, he happily done it for me. Food was good as usual. Shame about the rude staff member at...
