The restaurant's commitment to quality, presentation, and taste was evident. The sushi selection at was impressive, with a variety of nigiri, sashimi, and rolls crafted with precision and artistry. A standout dish was the Dragon Roll, which featured succulent, fresh shrimp tempura wrapped in tender avocado and drizzled with a savoury eel sauce. Each bite was a delightful medley of flavours and textures, creating an unforgettable taste sensation. The sashimi platter was a visual feast, with vibrant colours and artful presentation that showcased the chef's mastery. The slices of tuna, salmon, and yellowtail were incredibly fresh and tender, each piece melting in my mouth like butter. Perhaps the most memorable dish was the Signature Roll – a harmonious blend of spicy tuna, creamy avocado, and crunchy tempura flakes, all wrapped in a delicate soy paper and topped with a tantalizing spicy mayo. This roll was the perfect balance of flavours and textures, making it a must-try for any sushi lover. Throughout the meal, I was also impressed by the quality of the sushi rice – an often-underappreciated component of great sushi. The rice at was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of vinegar, and its texture was neither too sticky nor too loose. Terrible experience. They couldn’t care less about their customers and are not environmentally friendly. Half of it was missing so I had to spend what was meant to be a relaxed Friday evening calling around. The person I spoke to was the most unhelpful I have ever experienced. I nicely explained what had happened and that I thought that maybe a bag had been accidentally left behind at the restaurant. I was put on hold whilst whoever I spoke to clearly went to ask the manager what response to give. The response I had was “it was the delivery driver’s fault or someone You Me Sushi’s end forgot to put the food in the bag, we can’t do anything about it”. And then silence. Absolutely no help whatsoever, despite acknowledging that they may be responsible.

What’s more, the food was such a let down. It clearly wasn’t fresh, and the quality of the sauces was poor. I work in an industry where I constantly have to order sushi takeaway from various places and this is one of the worst.

Added to that, when the food arrived it was absolutely covered in layer upon layer of unnecessary plastic. Buying from this place is supporting somewhere who feel no obligation to be environmentally...

They cheat the people! Every time some item was lost. Even this time! When I was in the store I got an incomplete order, when I ordered through uber eat also the product was lost, now I thought that I will try to order directly through the website, unfortunately it happened again!!!! This time I opened both bags in front of the delivery men, I asked him to check the order with me and he confirmed that there was missing item ! I called to the store to say that one box of sushi is missing. The man on the phone was not nice and he said he cannot do a return. So i asked him to deliver the missing item "hoision duck & cucumber uramaki, the man said he will send the driver with an extra drink. At 22:40 I got my item. The driver Simon was very helpful and kind. But the rest from the customer service is unprofessional! I am indignant! I will never ever take anything from this restaurant! Never! Me and my friends are sushilover but even my friends already have a bad experience with this restaurant! Terrible customer service!! Food is very good but...
