Yun Gui Chuan Rice Noodle Bankside — Restaurant in London

Food: it’s rare to see a place that just focuses on rice noodles which is a good sight. Personally I’ve always preferred egg noodles but I really enjoyed the food here. We ordered a combo meal with a starter, a drink and side and the chicken wings were super crispy and tasty and the drinks tasted very authentic.

One con from me is unfortunately the meal deals come with set toppings, it would be nice to have one that lets you choose x amount of toppings with a drink and side for a cheaper deal as just ordering noodles is quite dear.

Atmosphere: very cosy like a noodle shop (but nicer!), great for a quick meal

Price:22+~. Which even though the dishes were great I think is in the dearer side for the toppings themselves.

Incredible food and super efficient, fast and friendly service. The staff were so welcoming and kind. The vibe is quite chill and great for groups and solo dining I think. The food is fantastic and really reasonably priced for the portions and quality. Everything was beautifully seasoned and flavourful. The noodles are amazing and can be spicy, but you can customise the spice level. If you can’t handle a lot of spice go for no spice or the lowest spice options. The wonton in chilli oil and spring rolls were delicious and I can’t wait to come back and taste more starters. The satay chicken skewers stole the show for me because the sauce was perfect and the chicken had been marinated and so you had a here great flavours coming through whether you had it with the peanut...

This definitely reminded me of Hong Kong. It is the same brand as in Hong Kong. Food is as delicious. The soup is very flavoury so as the ingredients. You can make your own dish if you know what do you want. Otherwise there are preset noodles bowls for you to choose. Ice lemon tea is also my favourite.

Most of the staff can speak canton, several speaks mandarin. They wear gloves to serve and bend down to order and make sure you have a good value by telling you ordering by set.

We did book but there was no queue at 6pm. The restaurant gets busier as it gets later but because it’s not weekend so it’s manageable. I would recommend booking or expect a queue if...
