I order food to go for a team lunch. I was assured that the food would be ready for when the store opened. However when we got there to pick it up, it was not ready. They staff were nice and kind so they managed to get the order ready while we waited. When we got the bags full of our order I have a brief look and noticed 1 item missing. The lady said that the warehouse did not send it so had to get the item from the shop floor. I got back to the office and unpacked the bags and realised a tray of sandwiches were also missing. I could not go back so I tried to give them a call. Customers service in a call centre picked up and said they would transfer me to the store. The store did not pick up and the line went dead. I have to leave a meeting to get the missing tray. When I got to the store the lady I had got my order from was just about to go home. Luckily she helped me and said the warehouse did not send the missing tray of sandwiches and got it from the shop floor again.
