Zingo — Restaurant in London

The food is good , but im giving it a 1 star this time because today I went to the shop with my friends and ordered food , I ordered a chicken burger and chips and 3 wings. I ate the meal and an hour later , my lips started to swell up which the only way my lip could swell if I've eaten something that I'm allergic to. I'm allergic to fish , and I have a good feeling in my gut that they've used fish oil to cook the food with or somewhat type of other oil, I know I should of asked what do they use to cook the food with, but that is not the point , its like using peanut oil there's loads of people with an allergy of nuts and it could kill them. So yes I did call them and i wasn't having it , im severely allergic to fish and it could of killed me! They can't be serving people with a type of oil that people can have a allergic...

Used to be great but now they've upped their prices, reduced their offering and deals and dropped their standards. Portions are smaller with less in the box(got charged £3 for large chips when it used to be £1.49 and the box wasnt even full) and the staff are willing to serve overcooked chicken with barely any meat on the bone. This is the sort of thing you see in a zone 1 overpriced chicken joint for drunk people not a local chicken shop. I used to love this place and come here after work all the time so I'm sad to see it like this. This is a combo of new management and bad workers. Hi Dear Peoples, I have tried many restaurants but I didn’t write any Positive or negative feedback, but unfortunately I am writing first time my bad experience about this restaurant just warn to all other peoples, I was give the order some pizzas and some food, as staff member he wasn’t sure how he need to make it un professional staff all of the food incredibly was rubbish and second very important thing which I saw 5,6 Rats 🐀🐀🐀was normal on the floor 🤮🤮🤮 as seriously still I feel vomiting I was with family when I saw all of these things and standard state way all of the food we left the food and gone.
