M & S Fried Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in Maidstone

Tonight my daughter is having a sleepover with a few friends. I ordered 2 pizzas one doner and one my choice. When they came I put my arm around the door and just said enjoy. About 20 minutes ago she bought the boxes out which I expected to be empty but one felt really heavy. When I looked inside the pizza was burnt and only 3 slices were eaten. I called the shop and spoke to a girl who to start off with said they couldn't do anything about because 1. It was delivered over an hour ago and 2. I should have opened the box when the driver handed them over and I would have seen it was burnt and not eaten it. She then said I don't believe you. When I asked her is she was accusing me of lying she backtracked and said that i was putting words in her mouth and that she didn't say it. She asked what I wanted her to do about it and I said I didn't know as I didn't want a new pizza and certainly didn't want anything from somewhere that accused me of lying and she apologised for accusing me. Ordered regularly from here for over a year and all was good Last week food was nothing like whatever I ordered, cold, greasy, and not good, last night I went to order my usual an was met with by aggressive service telling me that it would be at least 45 minutes which I knew, and if I wanted to order specials to call earlier. I have ordered the same food every Friday for the last year, but never again. Do yourselves a favour and order from one of the other chicken shops in the area, and hopefully you will get better chicken and far better service. absolutely awful now getting worse I previously gave this takeaway a good review but lately it's gone downhill these are some repeated encounters I've had even though I have gave them the benefit of the doubt as I used to enjoy this place. Pizzas are now very horrible not cooked in the middle. Chips are undercooked and not peeled properly. The BBQ chicken burger is not actually BBQ anymore is a normal chicken fillet with a splash of BBQ sauce.
