McDonald's — Restaurant in Maidstone

This is a formal complaint and must be acknowledged I went to the drive through today in hart street 16/9/23 and my order was messed up before i finished ordering then when I paid at the first window checked order it looked fine however when we reached the second window the order was messed up again so had to drive up Tonbridge road onto London road down rocky hill over both bridges back down hart street round B&Q and back into McDonald's where i had to enter the store to sort out the order I met a man inside who had brought his food over the counter and it was also wrong the takeaway drinks are ment to be double capped as this went over me and the order checked before being handed to the customer however because the staff stand around talking they do not care about anything but their conversations this service is not what McDonald's is about and needs reviewing as it happens on a to regular basis it is the I don't care attitude from the staff that is the problem if they have ears then then they can listen to the customer's order eyes to see the screens to check the order is correct and a brain to check the first two however they don't listen never check the orders and to work for McDonald's they leave their brain at home I I'm surprised a lot of the staff function with so little common sense McDonald's should see how much is being given to customers wrong and deal with the people making the mistakes as it seems to be staff wide from the person taking the order to the people preparing the orders and then the person handing it to the customers nothing is checked this needs addressing at ownership level as a formal complaint as I know the owner would like his staff to be the best mastakes can happen we accept that however from the McDonald's around Maidstone it happens far to much and has a affect on the company and customer's end up...

Where do I start…. Today! (16/10/2024) is the release of the McRib, a day to look forward, I hoped. So, I ordered a drive through collection, and made my way to the post and was greeted, I spoke to the employee and stated I had a code to give for the order, he responded with I don’t know what that is (perhaps he was a trainee) so eventually he came back to me and asked for the code and I waited about 5mins until I made it to the payment window in which I was asked to pay! But I had already made my payment on the Mcds App. So I stated once again that I had paid via the app and he told me to move to the next window, after waiting another 5mins, I eventually made it and was given the wrong order and I stated that it was wrong and the lady behind the window demanded it my order and had to show the lady the order via the app which I shouldn’t have to do. After another few mins of waiting I finally received my McRib. Now the review of the McRib, it was abysmal, a flaccid piece of “rib” that I highly doubt was real meat, the buns were cold like they’ve been in a fridge and I pretty sure it was supposed to have onions but none were present. I've never had a bad mcdonalds in my life yet this mcdonalds took the biscuit. First of all my burger was very below average the bun tasted off it also looked a bit funny when I smelled it for good measure it smelled a bit like the mcdonalds toilets (the staff member who prepared it must of ate dodgy food the night before) not only that the meat was just very dry and wasn't up to par and didn't taste that nice at all. The cheese dippers had a tang of sick to them not only that they were cold upon arrival. The mcflurry was half melted and wasn't handled with care at all but tasted okay but yet again not up to mcdonalds standards. The fries were unbelievably soggy and undercooked they were limper than my grandads little peter (picture provided of a frie). I also had a dodgy stomach a few hours after this sickening meal I felt sorry for my cleaner the next day because she had to clean my bathroom in a full hazmat suit.
