Booked afternoon tea for 3 people on 23rd December for my mother's 81st birthday. The service was second to none, the waiter seemed to be around when needed without hovering nearby and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. The actual building is quaint and just the place for afternoon tea. The little room we where seated in was warm without being overly hot and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Being an old building there are stairs but not steep and quite deep so using walking sticks was quite easy if you take it easy.
