This place is always packed with 100s school kids, either fighting, throwing chairs, causing mischief, leaving an absolute mess that's completely fully disrespectful of the facilities, the cleaning staff, security and the retail units do there hardest to maintainhigh standards in light of this. They leave the area in such a poor condition and treat customers in and around the food court with such disgrace that is a Shame to visit, morning time and just after lunch time is the best time to go, I highly respect the cleaning attendants that do a fantastic job of keeping the tables and area clean to the best of their ability and I always say thankyou and show my appreciation, security and police do a fantastic job at keep customers safe where they can in light of the kids behaviour. McDonald's area is always a mess and the staff never bother to put receipts in the machines which makes collecting food so much harder, they have just had a new make over and you'd think they would pay alot more attention to these areas. On a whole its a food court and its what it is, its just a shame that 1% let it down for everyone else to enjoy, but the arndale of a whole do a fantastic job in keeping the food court a great place to be for paying customers and I couldn't ask anything...

My table was facing theirs but I found it very difficult to look at them without feeling worried that they were all going to try to talk to me at the same time. Or just leave me dangling over the balcony on the high part of the upper landing. Like a scene in the racehorse jockey Frankie Dettori's autobiography. Needless to say I felt very scared and soon departed the building. I felt a dizzy spell or a vertigo attack or something. Through the thought of being dangled over the balcony like a puppet master's Muppet for...
Read moreI went and got my food from McDonald's. People stood about i had no clue who was waiting to be served, and they didn't form a line, so i stood 10 minutes then went near the front and just shouted my order a lady after 5 minutes said my price and i paid got my ticket stood 8 minutes got my order it was bedlam no one knew who had been served do lines at any of the 3 folk serving. I got my order and went to find somewhere to sit. There are no free tables. i put my tray on a bin, stood next to it, ate my meal. I will never go in again on my own. You need to go in pairs at least so 1 can get a table while the other goes and lines up for food. Every food place seems to have folk stood about no lines in any of...
