Dreadful service from a lady today, ignored first of all and told to go to the front (rather than the till) for service, even though we had been stood there initially and ignored by 2 other workers who were too busy doing delivered orders. Then when we went to the front the lady chose a person who had arrived after us rather than us! She didn't explain how anything worked, gave us a tiny portion of nachos with less than a spoon of Salsa on and we had to ask for more....loaded nachos? not quite! Then got back to the table and realised the loaded nachos say they invlude sour cream and we didn't get any - went to ask for some and was told "if you don't ask for it we don't put it on" "....but it says it on the menu it comes with it" "yeah but if you don't ask for it we don't put it". I said it's my first time I don't know how all of this works and the lady said "oh if I knew it was your first time I would have explained it better" ...no, you didn't explain it at all, give us any options or indication of what we could have on it and totally made us feel worthless! Will not be returning due to this dismissive experience, such a shame. Also, chips were dry and tasteless, a waste of money and a lunchtime, with much better options available in...

Went to Barburrito the other day with my wife, we are both Muslims and asked if the food is halal or cross contaminated, one of the workers hasaan was so helpful he explained everything to us very diligently and gave us our options, there was 2 halal chicken options and told us about how some onions were cooking in white wine vinegar (this is okay for us as vinegar is halal due to the fermentation of the wine) and even offered to show us the certificates and packaging, we said it was okay he didn’t need to, but it was nice that he really cared about us. He even gave us a ‘magic moment’ he called it where as a staff member he can give us an extra topping to try which was very nice of him, and he made us feel very welcome and accommodated by offering us complimentary water aswell, I highly recommend the food and service and especially would go back to see the brother hasaan, he’s a top guy and can tell he loves to serve people and provides a top class service!...
