I absolutely should not know how and why one of your employees was sacked.
I was at Lazy Sundae earlier today, the atmosphere is lovely and the overall aesthetic vibe of the place is so cosey and chill, and the bubble tea was honestly amazing, HOWEVER, as my partner and I sat enjoying all this, two employees; one man wearing a baseball cap and the other who was an east Asian woman with glasses sat down directly behind us and the man then proceeded to loudly sack this poor woman.
I can't describe how incredibly unprofessional, and unfair to the female employee this was. I shouldn't know that she was apparently "always on their phone" and "was given multiple chances" before getting sacked while surrounded by customers. I understand there isn't a standard employee room but the food court is literally a 1 minute walk away and would've been a much more professional and considerate place to do this.
My heart goes out to the poor woman who was fired because I couldn't ever imagine being sacked and having all the reasons listed very loudly by a guy in an ill-fitting baseball cap who is "just the messenger", while being surrounded by customers and other employees, who also were smiling and giggling as it was happening.
Don't know if she'll ever read this, but if the woman who was fired happens to read this; you deserve better than to work for a place that has 3 members of staff working in a box the size of a Victorian bathroom then gets mad when they go on their phone because there's...

Very unique ice cream flavours that are Asia focused. I had both the ice cream and the Vietnamese float, which is the first time I've seen it and fell in love with.
The whole vibes in the shop is also very nice, very nice decor that is suitable for social media content. Scrumpy who is the residence dog is very well behaved.
While the ice cream is nice, and the lucky charm cone is in a league of its' own, I find that the price can be a bit overwhelming, granted the location it is in, I still wouldn't say it's fully justified.
The Vietnamese coffee float is basically Vietnamese coffee flavour ice cream on top of iced Vietnamese coffee. I enjoyed the ice cream and the coffee, but personally I think the ice kind of ruined the way floats work. Using the straw given, I was able to drink most of the coffee while not being able to eat the ice cream on the go. The ice also makes it difficult to mix the ice cream with the coffee to enhance the texture of what a float normally does.
I think it'll be a bit different on my next visit as they might have taken some feedbacks and reflected on it, but it's not something many people can have all the time due...

The wait for bubble tea isn't too long - same as any other shop.
I thought that my friends would have hyped this place up, but honestly, their Thai Milk Tea is the best I've had. I lived in London for 7 years and nothing comes close to this for the price! I also saw the reviews saying that it's expensive, but it really isn't if you compare to the other places like ChaTime and Gong Cha! They can charge premium for their ice creams and sundaes, because there isn't any other place like this in Manchester. Besides, London prices are even higher and I'm sure making these niche flavours takes a lot of time and research.
Staff were friendly and helpful (very indecisive person, plus I wanted everything on the menu) even though it was a very hot day and they were prepping a bulk order for an event!
The only thing I'd say is that it would have been nice to adjust the amount of sugar and ice for each...
