Absolutely awful service!! Ordered to a business address and was told the postcode is incorrect. However if the driver actually put my address in as per the order and followed the instructions he would have got here. The driver then delivered my food ice cold as he went to the incorrect address initially and surprise surprise, he was able to find me after following the instructions as per my order!

I spoke to a lady at 22:13 who had no idea what she was doing. She kept trying to tell me the driver delivered it somewhere else when I physically had the food and received this from the driver. The lady then rudely hung up the phone as she stated ‘this will take too long to sort out’ and put the phone down. I then called back and asked for her name so I can add it to this review but she refused. So I spoke to the supervisor who did exactly the same thing. With his broken English he couldn’t form a proper sentence and then rudely hung up the phone.

I am leaving this review to stop other people from ordering from this place. BIG let down!! Please go to WING STOP, the food is delivered fresh and hot. No issues and they are able to locate your address. Friendly staff and they actually have people with good customer service handling their queries.

Allow this place. Opened and run by a bunch of illiterate piece of garbage. Awful delivery driver, awful food, awful humans running the place, absolutely disgusting customer service and god knows if the chef is sat at the back picking his nose and then cooking the food. If the service is that bad, hygiene must be 10 x...

Newly opened @bigjohns branch in Manchester 📍 7 Wilmslow Rd, Rusholme, Manchester M14 5FT… they also have branches in Leicester & Birmingham.. no parking however plenty of side roads to park on, and they do take card and cash payments.. their is a cash machine a short walk if needed. They have indoor seating or you can do take out, and also have toilets in branch too.

they have a number off different options on their menu including burgers, fresh pizzas, Donner, wraps and other items! (attached picture of the menu if your like me and like looking before you go somewhere I couldn’t find the menu anywhere) ordered: ‘Asain style pizza’ which was chicken, lamb Mince, red and green chilli, onion and mix peppers - all pizzas dough is made from on a stone oven giving you a authentic Italian style stone baked pizza 🍕 (£7.50) .. ‘Mixed Donner and Fries’ big johns kebabs are made with their own unique herbs and spices served with lettuce, tomato, onion and Mayo. (£5.00) … ‘Spicy Chicken Supreme Burger’ which was a chicken spicy breaded fillet served with lettuce and Mayo (£4.50) .. 🥤 ordered the ‘Strawberry Mojito’ which was sweet, tangy and refreshing (£4.00)

This new spot is defo a shout inn Manchester, the food was 10/10, large portion sizes and cheap prices (student friendly) I think our meal cost just over £20.00, which is very cheap considering the amount we got however the quality of food and service was 10/10.. will 100% be back to try...

Avoid at all costs. For fast food, this was anything but, we waited nearly half an hour. Fairly sure they forgot about us even though we were only one of two tables seated.

Heard the manager tell the staff quite rudely to "speak English". For some reason, the door wouldn't shut so a lot of cold air was coming in and right at us, also making our food cold quite quickly. For some reason, the music was blasting intermittently as well.

The best thing about our food was the chips, the burger wasn't great, it was incredibly dry. The bun was also super stale, which the manager tried to argue with me about. He tried to tell me that they were just out of the packet and toasted. I asked him to just touch it to see for himself, and he wouldn't. They eventually changed the buns to the Brioche ones.
