The decoration and scenery here is great, you can see the uni’s classic architecture through the windows. Actually I always like to come to this place. However, what makes me feel upset today is the service here. When I wanna made an order, a mid-age black lady sternly scold me that I should take my outside food away( only an orange), and criticize me loudly for minutes, let me feel I was like a student who make big mistakes and be punished to stand in front of her. Not only that, when I pronounced Loosed Leaf as ‘Loosed Diff’ because of anxiety, she repeated ‘LEAF’ loudly and impatiently, which let me feel a bit aggressive. I just wanna read some papers here, that’s all I want. But after that awful experience, I even can’t concentrate on my own work anymore for the whole afternoon but just feel upset and guilty. Also, I noticed there are some outside food on table12 too, but why did she only treat me like that? I just wonder am I really do something so wrong?
