Tried getting in here on Thursday. Understandably I knew my friends and I were underdressed but I politely asked the doorman if thereâs a dress code rather than blindly trying to get in. Without answering the question the guy looked me up and down and said ânaaaâ in an extremely derogatory way (as in âyouâre not getting inâ). If I ask a question I expect an ANSWER! But instead this guy chose a power play to act out the little bit of control he has. I shouldnât have to get such a rude attitude if Iâm politely asking a question. Must have made him felt really big! And the irony of looking down on me, yet he was the one whose job it is to stand in a doorway, yet I could teach HIM a thing or two about getting a proper job. I wonât be trying this place again if they donât lay down proper etiquette training on how to treat potential customers. Imagine turning away people who have enough money to spend ÂŁ100s in there in one go. I didnât see many people going in, and Iâm not surprised. After reading some reviews about their bouncers it seems they just donât care about their attitudes.
Update:
Itâs disappointing to see your response to my review is laced with sarcasm (as Iâve seen with other reviews too) rather than addressing the genuine concerns I raised. This approach not only fails to resolve the issue but also reflects poorly on your commitment to customer feedback. If you cannot take constructive criticism seriously and acknowledge the glaring issues right in front of you, how can you expect to improve or build trust with your customers? Dismissing feedback with such a tone will only alienate those who want to see you succeed. I hope youâll reconsider your approach (and maybe learn about customer service)...

Read moreHad the worst experience here on Saturday night. After an amazing bottomless brunch at Manahatta we came across to Dirty Martini for a boogie myself and 3 girlfriends .it was quiet so we grabbed a table and bought couple of rounds of drinks , after about an hour two ladies came over who worked at the bar and asked us to pick our drinks up so they could clean the table , we did as we were asked , when they finished I popped my drink down and was then rudely told that she hadnât said I could put my drink down , asked me to pick this back up and all move away from the table, we did as we were told again. Then as we moved away the other girl brought a group of girls over who took over our table whilst both smirking then they walked away laughing ! Clearly they were the ladies friends . We spoke to manager and asked why that happened to be told that the table was reserved , we asked where the reserve sign was or even why we were not informed of this , to be told it wasnât his problem . We were gutted as there were no tables left so then left and went somewhere else . The whole experience put a dampener on the night and to be quite honest I donât think I will...
