Not too busy this visit. QR check in code inside the door didnt register but the larger one inside the diner did. Hand sanitiser available all over, none of the dispensers I used were empty. If you havent tried five guys before, do it. The veggie sandwich is amazing if you dont fancy anything meaty or the fries - plain or cajun - probably the best ive ever had and I am a carbohydrate enthusiast. The portions are quite big so if the expense puts you off It is value for money, just have it as a treat once in a while! Place was clean and tidy, atmosphere friendly and welcoming. You can see the kitchen staff cooking and cleaning as they go if you like reassurance around how your food is prepared. Drinks machines were in grand working order, although I would not recommend the caffiene free diet coke as it somehow tastes flat but has bubbles - i think thats just my caffiene addiction making me hate it on purpose though. Staff are very nice and table service was on point! The staff were working hard to make sure patrons had a good experience while inside, they were all upbeat and engaging. Staff offered to bring anything we needed, they kept everything clean between diners/customers awaiting takeaway - this review isnt doing them justice really, just their interaction made the visit a good one, it was really nice to see good customer service just happening seemingly effortlessly from a team of people.
