I would like to share some feedback that I hope will help improve both the service and the quality of the food, with full respect for your efforts.

There was a lot of shouting in the restaurant from someone (I am not sure if it was the chef or the owner), which affected the atmosphere.

When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, the waiter – a very young and clearly inexperienced staff member – took my phone and simply took a picture of the router where the password was written.

I ordered a dish with pepper, feta cheese, and mushrooms as shown on the menu, but instead I received pickled cucumber and even a green tomato stem (which is inedible), as can be seen in the photos.

The meal was served with the order slip still attached, and the fork and knife wrapped in a napkin were placed directly on the plate.

There are many areas that could be improved, and I truly hope these comments can help enhance the overall experience in...

I ordered 2 big Kat breakfasts with extra black pudding. The girl with green hair serving brought the 2 breakfasts, I afterwards realised there was no black pudding. Upon complaint I was told yes you got extra hash brown which is not what I asked for. She said we can swap them if you like? I said OK but it turned out my friend had eaten a little corner off his hash brown. She says, I can't swap that he's been eating it. I said yes, but you're only going to throw it away. She agreed but still insisted that we can't swap it. She took both anyway and eventually returned with 2 black pudding, after we had already finished the breakfast.

I said really, she should have just said sorry, our mistake I'll go and get you the black pudding. She replied to be honest, I don't really care. I told her forget the black pudding and left it on the side.

I regularly eat a breakfast there as the food is nice but the customer service has now put me...

Three engineers ate here 2 days on the bounce as we were restricted on alternative restaurant options. X2 of us are somewhat plant based and one was a full carnivore.

Food is of good quality, poor vegetarian dishes due to the amount you get in comparison to the meat dishes. The pricing does not reflect the significantly smaller portions, priced identically to the meat breakfast. We were left peckish after unfortunately and the meal was just shy of £10. The restaurant is clean and the fast service was very good so I couldn't fault their service. There was also a good selection of condiments!

The staff could smile and be more friendly. The temperature was just as cold as the welcome, the 2 degree ambient temperature was uncomfortable to enjoy our meals. Couldn't wait to leave to get warm somewhere else. Coats, hats and gloves left on Would recommend if you want quality food though and are not bothered...

Came here for lunch on a Friday and it didn't disappoint! I had the New Yorker and thought it tasted really nice, excellent flavour combinations and the price (considering its location) was quite cheap. The deli itself gives off strong Greek vibes and stays true to its heritage. It can get a little cramped in here on lunch but I didn't mind, its very good that's why it's so busy. The chips were also delicious and had a really nice dusting of herbs and spices - well worth the £3.50. I would recommend this place and most likely will return. Also, the staff here and very friendly and helpful, not one of them looked bored or miserable (like the staff at places such as McDonald's etc) and they made the experience better.

i had posted a review a couple weeks ago, however I revisited katsouris and NEED to give it 5*!!!! I had originally said it was a little overpriced, but now having had the half ciabatta for £6, it was well worth it, the sandwich was wildly DELICIOUS!!!! i couldnt say enough nicer things about the sandwich (BARCELONA CIABATTA (BEST EVER)) ALSO!!!!!! I spoke to a lovely curly haired girl behind the counter about the cannolis (i hope my spellings right) she recommended some flavours and i bought them (£1.95 for 3 cannolis???yes please VERY affordable) and they were SO NICE SO VERY VERY NICE!!!!!! honestly, general public, listen to me!!!!! KATSOURIS IS THE ONE!!!!!
