McDonald's — Restaurant in Manchester

I like from time to time, reading Google reviews of places to see what stories people have to tell. Have I got one for you. I been at St marys hospital all day. I then order mcdonalds from just eat. Putting in my location and to drop off at the main entrance to meet me at. When the time came to pickup I went down to meet them. I couldn't find them so I texted them they had arrived at the wrong entrance I then ran all the way to the opposite side of the hospital. By the time I got there they said they just dropped it and left. I then after finding nothing. Found this mcdonalds. I ordered the same thing for my wife, mother in law and me. I then asked for the manager to explain the situation I wasn't blaming them I didn't order it from this mcdonalds. I just wanted him to hear it. And that my baby has just been born. When my order came I grabbed it and left. When I got back to my wive's bed side I realised that they hadn't given me the drinks and ice cream. She hadn't eaten all day due the c-section. I then went back for them when I got there I got the managers attention and explained that they forgot the drinks and ice cream. The server explained that she was getting them but then couldn't come after me because I had already left. I then said "sorry, im distracted at the moment because my babies just been born and is currently breathing out of tubes." The manager wanted me to calm down which is understandable. I said nothing more. I arrived back to realise that they also had forgot the sauces. Hence the 1...

Awful manager (fat and bald head with glasses), Uber driver tried to have a fight with my boyfriend as he thought he bumped into him when he walked past to go to the toilet, got in his face and tried to initiate a fight with him, and while my boyfriend went to the toilet the Uber driver ran to his car to get a weapon came back in with it tucked into his pants (manager was fully aware of this and was watching) got his order off a member of staff and bragged that he had something on him to the member off staff and the manager to which they both laughed and thought it was funny. The Uber driver then went to walk outside and told us he will be waiting outside for us to which he waited by his car until we started to walk away. Very unprofessional from the manager to stand there and do nothing sounded like he knew the Uber driver and was very known with each other, let’s just hope something like this never happens to him and his family members as he stood there and did nothing....

I’m sorry but to anyone reading this you should avoid eating here as the food has made us ill and the service is poor. I’ve been here a fair few times before and after moving into the area and have noticed that when waiting to be severed the staff flat out ignore you and just stand around as if there avoiding doing there job.

On top of this I’ve also notice I’ve been ill after eating at the establishment which I believe is due to poor care for food and hygiene. this is due to chips I’ve order and been served were burnt to a brown crisp literally inedible and burgers ice cold.
