Wow, I can now confidently say I’ve never had a worse experience dining out and I don’t think anywhere can be as bad as this!

Despite having a reservation, me and my girlfriend had to wait almost 30 minutes for our table. On top of this a table that had booked in for later than us was almost sat first as we needed to go the toilet from waiting so long.

The toilets were horrendous. They were in such a state and were disgusting to use. It seemed like they had not been cleaned all day as urine was all over everything.

After sitting down, it took a waitress 30 minutes to ask if we were ready to order drinks, by this point we already knew everything we wanted to order, I wish I could go back and order nothing instead. If we didn’t stop her before leaving after taking our drink order, I don’t think we would’ve been able to order food for at least another 30 minutes. To make matters worse, the waitress made my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable. To set the scene, as my girlfriend is a woman, she has breasts and they are very large. The waitress would not stop ogling at her chest, disgraceful! My wonderful girlfriend felt so embarrassed that she needed to put her coat on.

Another reason why she needed to put her coat on was due to the Arctic chill that we felt inside. We thought the food was steaming hot but it seemed to just be our breaths. You would’ve thought Sid the Sloth was walking around as it was definitely an Ice Age in there. He might’ve even provided a better level of service. From reading other reviews, which are all awful, it is apparent that the heating has not been working for over 2 months. It goes without saying that during these cold winter months, a broken heater is not acceptable. It really puts the ICE in not nICE food.

Upon bringing our drinks over, half of mine was spilled on the floor. I didn’t think anything of it until it just wasn’t cleaned up and I had to get onto my poor hands and knees to clean the mess your staff made which was a health and safety hazard. From having worked in the industry for 5 years, I understand the importance of the safety of customers and this was clearly left out of the training for your staff.

Onto the food, I couldn’t tell if I was eating the homeless man’s bed outside or this place’s terrible excuse for Asian cuisine. As someone that identifies as Oriental, you’d be laughed out of Asia for that slop. Cold. Bland. Raw. That’s all you need to sum up this “food”. I’d rather turd in my hands and clap.

The runs this place gave me had more flavour than their appalling food.

The music was dreadful to listen to. If I wanted to go to an Ed Sheeran concert I would’ve bought a ticket.

ALL the reviews here are probably FAKE. The food is not nice, just aesthetic and “trending”.

First of all, the worker begged us to leave a review, they interupted our meal 3X and said it before our food even came aswell to leave 2 reviews on google and 2 on just eat. When we finished our food he came and forced us to write a review and made us do it infront of him. We said we have no mobile service as we felt uncomfortable and and he said ok lets go outside, followed us, and tried force us to write a 5 star review infront of him. Which i refused as i was going to give them 1 star anyways for the horrendous service.

We had travelled 4 hours for this incredibly disappointing restaurant. Furthermore, When i tried open the door to the only toilet that was available (rest were locked or out of order), a wooden plank which is meant to support the door frame fell and almost hit my head; when i complained about this to the staff ,they pretty much ignored the issue and i did not receive a apology, considering the plank would have hit my head if I hadn’t ran out. Splinters from the wood plank had even fallen all over me.

We ordered on just eat but then changed our mind as we were tired and wanted to sit in, upon arrival we were denied to be served our takeaway food to the table even though we said we will pay extra as we came from newcastle to eat here and the waiter and manager could not care less. It was until I mentioned that the wooden plank nearly knocked me out that the manager let us eat the food that we paid for. The waiter also lied numerous times about just eat and that I should just claim a refund and go elsewhere, however when I told him I work for JustEat he seemed shocked and stopped lying.

The food was alright, not the best, but the service was the worst i have ever recieved. I cannot explain how uncomfortable we both felt as the same waiter asked us about 10-12 times to leave a review, and followed us until we did. Furthermore, upon trying to leave, the same problematic waiter had said again to ‘leave a good review because the just eat courier even came to collect the order yous ordered but ate in the restaurant’ which of course was not true, as the order was for collection therefore no courier assigned. So just a lie to force us to leave a review that they most definitely didn’t deserve. Absolutely appalling service, i have never in my life left a review like this but this needed to be said, do not recommend at all. Food was not nice,...

We went on a Saturday evening at around 8pm - we waited in the waiting area which was empty for around 10 mins before being acknowledged - all while staff were shouting and sorting orders and laughing and joking with each other and the kitchen staff

We finally got seated and given a menu.

Ordered the dynamite chicken and lamb chops for starters. Mains were vegetable chow mein noodles which we were told had a medium spice and a sirloin steak (the waitress wasn’t very helpful when asking questions about the sides or the sauces to go with the steak) and we ordered a virgin like mojito and a bottle of water which cost £4+

The dynamite chicken arrived, 15 mins later I asked a staff member where the lamb chops were? a staff member came over and said “have you had your lamb chops?” We replied no we are still waiting for them , he went to check and came back and said 8-10mins , I asked if they had forgot and he said yes they did. I said that’s fine and to bring them. Another 15 mins later I had to ask a waitress again to check where the starter was, she never came back to update me.

Someone eventually brought the lamb chops. They were seasoned well but a tad undercooked, a lot of tough undercooked meat close to the bone. While we were still just starting to eat the lamb chops they had brought out the mains. I told them I wasn’t ready for mains as the starter had only just come out. They said they would bring it back in 10 mins

Around 15 mins later I had to prompt a staff member to bring the mains.

The vegetable chow mein was tasteless, dry and no spice - we didn’t eat much of it. The sirloin steak had a very thick strip of fat attached - bigger than the edible meat on it. It was however seasoned well and I asked for medium rare, which it was cooked well. The chips as a side were as though they had refried them to warm them - very over cooked and crispy.

Staff were very unprofessional , shouting and talking to each other in another language. Asked multiple times to see where our food was and never came back to update us but we caught some staff members talking about customers in Urdu right behind our table and they caught me listening and looking at them a few times and they would laugh and walk away. The manager was seen by our table apologising to some other customers as they were leaving as they also had trouble with their food.

We paid nearly £70 for the 2 starter, 2 mains, mojito and water.
