This store was ran by a wonderful hardworking man who earnt a lot of respect over the years. A few years ago he passed away and now his useless son is the new owner.
He is basically running the store into the ground with the quality going downhill, and ruining his late fathers name and reputation with his diabolical and disgusting attitude!
As a loyal customer for over 15+years, I was not happy with the level of service and quality of the food recently.
Instead of taking constructive criticism from customers in order to make improvements, he became exteremely disrespectful, started shouting, screaming and swearing in front of other customers.
He clearly took offence as he knows he cannot run the place. Maybe if he layed off all the drugs and sorted his head out he might become half decent a man.
I told him that he needs to learn some respect and sort himself out, and that he is running his fathers name in the mud by behaving like this, and the buisness rep into the ground. He responded with 'he doesnt care' absolutely disgraceful. What a way to uphold your family reputation!
He continued being foul, and in the end I declined the food and walked out.
Really disappointed as his father (r.i.p) was a great man who built this business from scratch and earnt huge respect from us locals.
Its a real shame that his son is completely lost, has an appalling attitude, a foul tongue and is ruining the reputation his father built over so many years.
Literally have no words for such behaviour, and feel for those that have to deal with such scum on a daily basis.

Read moreBeen coming to pizza 4 u for 20+ years and past 5 years since new owner has taken over its been terrible , I have tried them every 6-12 months to see if they have changed and its hasn't, they now continue to make very hard and crispy base that hurts your jaw chewing it , it use to be soft and fluffy just how the original owner made it. I know what the problem is , 1 they are using the wrong flour/recipe OR which I suspect to be the case is they are not making the dough 6-12 hours before shop opens. pizzas dough needs time to prof and expand, theres so many decent recipes on youtube there no excuses to be making them 30 mins before shop opens and making them hard.
Also to increase prices and make bad pizzas will only lose you more customers, my friend and my family members use to come here 2-3 times a week for past 20 years approx 15k a year (£302,000 for 20 years) we have spent between us and all of us stopped coming here 5 years ago which has lost you custom of the sum of 120k consider prices have gone up
