The food and coffee were okay and the lady with a green badge who served us was wonderful. However,  we witnessed a staff member (black top black name badge with braids/curly hair) yelling, using extremely offensive language. derogatory terms and a significant amount of profanity. My partner and I were quite disturbed by this unprofessional and frankly unacceptable behavior that completely ruined our mood as this girl was also making the coffee and I half expected her to start spitting In them with the attitude she had. And I'm sorry to say that people like this make the whole team look bad. This staff member's aggressive tone and demeanor accompanied by a terrible environment really made this experience abysmal to put it gently. Pret has significantly let me down and I honestly hope I never have to come through this...

So its morning 06:00 went to T2 arrivals shop to have a hot chocolate i requested for a creamy milky hotchocolate. The front of house staff was extremely rude to me and said we cant make milk creamy love with a very rude attitude. I told her but you still can froth the milk and make it creamy and she started defending . I mean why do a staff have to do that. Try to treat people good. And she purposefully gave me a watery hot chocolate. My mood was destroyed completely. She should be fired for having a bad attitude and poor...

This is the 3rd time I’ve visited this outlet in 2 months and my experience has been the same. Food quality is generally good but the service is dreadful. Placing an order is ok but delivery of hot drinks is chaotic and random. On all occasions I’ve waited while others who ordered after me were served.
