They were giving out free samples of their cinnamon rolls to the public. My partner asked if theres any nuts in it before trying, the worker said no. She tasted it, there were nuts in it and she started having an allergic reaction. We went back to the worker to ask if there were any nuts and he still denied. He revealed to us that it contains chocolate spread, which contains hazelnuts. When we asked the workers to see their allergen folder, they didnt have one and refused to let us view it, despite my partner having a visible allergic reaction. No manager was present on shift and workers denied any nuts were in their product until we had to explain to them that there are hazelnuts in NUTella. Fortunately, my partner doesnt have a fatal nut allergy, but in the event that she did, this would have been a death that they may have caused. Came here to eat with my husband and children of ages 1 & 3 all ordered a chicken tikka pizza and pepperoni that's all we had to eat all day finally got back to Scotland woke up with pains in my stomach followed by vomiting then followed by my husband and my 3 year old with the same symptoms never thought you could get poisoned from a pizza but this had really knocked back our experience at this place , used to love coming here with no issues staff are lovely and helpful but after experiencing what happened to us yesterday I will stay clear of this place I do not want another episode like the last watching my child crying over being sick and my husband non stop . The cinnamon rolls from here are amazing I actually used to hate them but I got them from here and I changed my mind, the pizza is nice too only problem is that there was a very rude staff we asked for mayo on our fries but they forgot I guess, which I don’t mind, so I went back and asked and one of the staff just gave me attitude and sighed and rolled her eyes at me.
