McDonald's — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

If I could rate it a 0 I would! The manager absolutely worst manager of the year award for being like a slug! No up and drive to the team....literally ordered food at 11.59pm.....food was finally given to me at 12.20am! Stone cold...I would understand if we had meals....but come on that wait for 1 cheeseburger....I had to ask for my drink! So 1 small cheeseburger....2 drinks and a 20min wait! We watched the manager as he allowed the whole food area to become backed up with food...kitchen staff carrying on making food... the manager was faffing around with a window order....then faffing about with an uber driver over stickers....for 10mins....again no food being given out a store of people just watching thier food go cold, hungry and getting impatient to be given stone cold food 20mins after order....a lady then filmed as the manager told us there were other stores in MK we should go and use them if we didnt like it....he the said he was closing the store....a sign went up...'closing due to technical difficulties,...well the difficulties was the fact the manager couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery....poor management skills, honestly my gran would have been quicker and she's dead! None of the staff wearing name tags, and just a very hopless manager! Who really needs to be trained....who ran off and hid in the office after confrontation began due to hungry customers watching food go cold.......the young worker who jumped in and actually did something deserves a medal and should actually be promoted to manager...but wouldn't give her name because....let's call him slug (manager)..was stood by her! Absolutely awful service, Cold food and bad management! Utter disgrace to...

Absolute shambles of a show the team seem to be lost. I ordered a mac chicken sandwich meal at 12 oclock for for them t0 make me wait 7 mins to give me the wrong order. I drove all the way back to college to see they had given me the wrong order not a sorry or anything all they said was oh that's the one to each other then took the bag which is now cross contaminated and put it back to obviously be served and then asked me to wait for my burger again. This time they gave me the right meal, Then when I asked to speak to the manager not even an apology he said he will talk to them for me. The team is only as good as mangment. They are all terrible like the blind leading the blind they was adults and between them they all look like they are strugglling no customer service skills and getting simple orders wrong. Cross contamination which I will be reporting to hygiene as that bag should not of gone back into that restaurant and the lack of responsibility serving me food im allergic to with no apology. Better of getting kids to run it. Ended up eating my meal at 2.30 as had to go back to work/the college. Should just pack in macd service here is always slow there is no fast food about it. Last time I will come to this particular one they can't lead a heard of sheep. someone gonna eat a contaminated burger lmao there hygiene is terrible needs inspection cross contaminating food. Get rid of that manager aswel really didn't and the team lack common sense. Bunch...

Herbet the manager was rude and refused me my food… me and my partner went through the drive threw on Sunday afternoon and ordered the new spicy double cheeseburger and normal cheese burger and a sprite, when we got to the first window we paid and I had a notification on my phone that this payment had gone through, when we got to the window to collect the food we was told that the payment didn’t go through and we need to pay again, I advised that the payment come out my bank and showed him and another member of staff the transaction on my bank, he didn’t believe me and still refused me my food untill I paid again because he said it’s going to bounce back into my bank account and this happens all the time. I told him not to worry about the food because I’m not paying for it again, lucky I didn’t because fast forward it’s now Thursday and the payment has been settled so I paid and didn’t receive my food. Absolutely disgusting...
