If I could give no stars I would Came to drive through and tried to order 2 big tasty meals the girl on the speaker was impatient and kept cutting us off as we tried to customise our burgers she kept asking what drink I hadn't even finished asking her to remove the bits I didn't want so the order was wrong,
We then went to the window and explained to a different member of staff what we would like to be told that wasn't possible anymore which was fine so we changed to order one normal tasty and one only cheese and bacon simple enough right? Nope so we get to payment window and the guy gives us one drink and tells us to park, now I'm sorry are staff not meant to give out cutlery and condiments as standard when handing out food and drink to the drive through!! We got no napkins no milk and had to ask ourselves for sugar to be chucked 2 and when we asked for a couple more it seemed that it was to much trouble for the boy at the window!
We park up and are waiting for our food and a little while later a boy comes out with bags heading towards our car he hands us the food and is like ok bye, so I said excuse me I'm still missing a drink, he's like fine I'll go get it, I'm thinking erm yes please as this is your job. While he goes to grab the missing drink I check my order and my burger is wrong!! I wanted only cheese and bacon this has no cheese so when he comes back I tell him it's wrong and he says no it isn't, I'm like it is I ordered only cheese and bacon, so he huffs and says I'll go sort it, I'm losing the will to live at this point we've ordered 2 meals not 20 it shouldn't be this hard! So what should have been a 10 min trip took over half an HR the food was still cold and absolutely disgusting!
This isn't the first issue I've had with this store!! They are forever getting the simplist of orders wrong and they don't even care, the staff there are rude and can't be bothered half the time! The customer service is abysmal honestly go to Mk stadium or Arena they are much better stores! I think West croft needs a retrain on how to execute McDonald's values and service agreement!

Read moreWaited at the drive thru whilst 4 other people were served in the other lane and told to wait when I said hello a few times.so decided to head into the empty store instead. There was mud all over the floor, and other litter including unopened sauces, cigarette butts and wrappers. Tried to use self service but didn't take contactless so paid at the till. Only two delivery drivers came in but had to wait 15 minutes between paying and receiving the food, all whilst sitting in a cold and dirty environment. All in all 27 wasted minutes for food which included a half full mcflurry with a miniscule amount of topping and most over the edge, and 3 cold burgers with 2 cold chips. Probably the worst experience ever.
Update: thought I'd give it another shot, everything except the apple pie was stone cold. Sprite tasted like line cleaner and chicken burger tasted just weird.
Update 2: ordered via their app and as usual one item missing and everything that should be hot was cold as always. Told to speak to Uber Eats, after a 15 min wait they will refund the missing burger and as the order was delivered on time will do nothing about it all...
Read moreI do not recommend trying McDelivery with this restaurant. The meal that I received missed the Large Classic Coke and Malteser McFlurry from what I ordered. It was quite unfortunate as this is my first McDelivery order and it was not a good experience. A miss from both McDonald’s staff who arranged the order and from the Uber delivery man who received it on my behalf. I contacted both McDonald’s and Uber and they only recommended refund—I asked for delivery of missing items but this option is not there. McDonald’s customer service is saying that they can only document the problem with no follow back that concern had been addressed for issue not to happen again. People does not take accountability nowadays. They only try to do the job to earn, quite frustrating.
I gave low star rate as the meal experience is not complete without the drink and the service is not good. Take note that a person from customer service hang up on me when I asked for an escalation of issue as I wanted to understand their follow back process...
