The staff behaves as if they were there as a punishment, but that’s not the worst. I ordered 4 coffees, one with oat milk as my daughter is lactose intolerant. When coffees were ready, for some reason I had doubts and asked again just to make sure, my daughter’s coffee is a 100% with oat milk-they confirmed it was. Yes, I know it's a chain coffee shop, BUT the staff make all the difference! Makes a difference re: service (obviously), the general upkeep of the shop plus, and a huge thing for me, the quality of the coffee. Today 'Ken' was on the counter and very bright and cheery. Not sure if Barbie was the barista (early Friday), but dang she's let it go a bit, plus looks suspiciously like a 'bloke' to me (😉🤔). Great place to stop by for a coffee, had a few coffees and food meeting up with a friend while we booked our holiday which obviously takes a while. Car park has a 2 hour limit which we are both potentially waiting on a PCN for which although we knew it was 2 hours, time flys after 2 coffees, a tea and cake.
