We wanted to buy two mismatched dining chairs, because we want all our dining chairs to be different, but most places sell pairs. Paula at Furniture Warehouse Newark was really helpful. She didn't seem to think our request was at all odd, even though I can understand some people might! She showed us a great selection and we settled on 2 we really like. We didn't feel at all pressured to buy, but did feel we received all the help we needed. We live 23 miles from this store, but Paula organised delivery with no problem. One chair is in stock, the other will be delivered a bit later, but there was no problem splitting the delivery, whilst only paying one delivery charge. Finally I have got my furniture, only ordered it in June!!!!! I cant fault the staff, Tony and Paula, in the store but after that its terrible. After many phone calls, being told they didnt do the grey anymore, changing the order to truffle to be told they dont do large book case in that colour but the grey will be in stock in August, then seeing the cabinet advertised in another store available September, yet 4 more calls and finally a delivery date.
