Do not go! Cream curls are lying about their customers! We have only came once before not 4/5 times. We also did post on our stories and tag them but guess what the staff were too busy at the back, no one was at the front. There was bad service last time because they were taking forever to take our order but the staff were stuffing their face with food right in front of us through the little window which we could see. We only came in once before and we ordered once using snapsaver. However all of us had snapsaver which we are all paying for separate. So even if we wanted to order again we could because we were following the rules. But because we used it once and we only spent about Ā£10 not Ā£50. We wouldnāt waste more than that on your service ššš only worth it using snapsaver because itās discounted WHICH THEY AGREED TO USE if you didnāt want to let customers use this then DONT AGREE. They were still accepting snapsaver and we didnāt do anything wrong, they first accepted it then manager changed his mind because we came only ONCE before and we only spent about Ā£8 not Ā£50, but for snapsaver it is unlimited use and we came a few days later. We did not spend more than the limit before ordering we asked if we can order certain things, first lady said yes, the second guy said no which we complied to then he came back saying the manager said no. Donāt confuse customers like this please and certainly donāt lie. The first time we ordered Ā£15 worth of food and we had posted and we sat and ate but guess what not one of the staff were there or asked us to see the post. We always use snapsaver and we always post but the staff or manager clearly did not care because they were all at the back. If you donāt want customers using snapsaver, you simply shouldnāt have agreed to begin with. Saying 5 different things to your customers is very bad service. Please consider your actions before you lie. We also know the owner of dixy chicken and dixy chicken are not on snapsaver so what you are saying doesnāt make sense. You are lying to save yourself. You need to take a look in the mirror to see what an absolute liar you are. Saying we came 4+ times, that we tried to order Ā£50 worth of food when it was like Ā£10 but okay, and saying we did this at dixy chicken is all lies. And if you donāt want customers to use 50% then why agree to snapsaver which was clearly still on the app and DISPLAYED ON YOUR WINDOW!! We understand not everyone does 50% off but you agreed to so donāt try to shame us from using it when you agreed for customers to use it. We again only came once and hardly spent Ā£10 not Ā£50. We came for the second time yes, but we all have snapsaver and it says unlimited use again which YOU agreed to. If you canāt hack what you agreed to then simply donāt agree to snapsaver. Such liars honestly!! Dixy chicken has higher standards than you and know how to treat their customers. Do not lie to your customers. You need new staff and clearly a new manager. You guys literally hide in the back of your shop and lie behind a screen and staff are not polite, polite is talking to us calmly and not saying 5 different things, first you agreed then lied ššš...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame here today with a friend and the experience was appalling to say the least. To start, my friend had to repeat the order several times for them to understand what it is we wanted (we ordered a plain chicken burger, one plain cheeseburger and one plain burger, so not a difficult order to follow really), and it took almost two hours for them to make the food. There were several other people who had complained to them that their order was incorrect or taking too long. One included two young children who waited 30/40 minutes for two milkshakes. Not to mention the children had to correct the man behind the till on how much change he was due. And thatās just a short part of a long story. Even then, despite us repeating the order and answering any questions they had, they still managed to somehow get the order wrong. We had to go back twice. They put lettuce on what was meant to be a āplainā chicken burger then proceeded to argue with me that there wasnāt any lettuce (you could see it sticking out of the burger). We have had this experience before where a staff member has argued or had an attitude, but the food was nice and we thought to give the place another chance. They are all so rude and not to mention the lack of hygiene. Not a single hairnet in sight, nor gloves for the people who were actually MAKING the food in the back. One girl who claims to be the driver was in the back messing around with food with acrylic nails on and again no gloves or hairnets in sight. Itās a shame because the food is nice itself but just the waiting and the attitude of the staff is disgusting and Iām not sure how they even got employed to run a business when they have no customer service at all. I think the fact that even on some of these reviews they respond with an argumentative tone and attitude says it all. Not sure if the management needs to be replaced or the staff or both perhaps but maybe instead of arguing with customers, you could get the order right to begin with. I understand that people make mistakes but this often? And if you make a āmistakeā apologise and resolve the issue instead of arguing. Stop arguing, stop lying and please...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs you enter the shop you are politely greeted with the radiant bright pink-like lighting, creating a feeling of great tranquility and peace. Ordering was quick and smooth, with orders arriving within 5 minutes, this included a smash burger, milkshake and cream curls. Staff were extremely amicable and kind, all three products were provided in generous portions. The hand crafted spicy smash burger was on point. With the succulent mince tasting absolutely delicious. The burger being well proportioned with salad, burger sauce, cheese and spicy sauce. Iāve tasted every burger in Newcastle and this hits different, the best Iāve tasted! A terryās chocolate orange-kinder bueno combo milkshake hits the spot after a heavenly main course. The shake was the right consistency not too much milk and not too thick. Plus, the plastic cup was filled to the top, resulting in a great portion size. To finish off was the signature desert, Jaffa cake cream rolls topped with chocolate and irn bru desert sauces. Overall, the experience was fantastic, you wonāt find a place in Newcastle with burgers and deserts this good! Special thanks to the amazing staff, especially etsham and the owners. Thank you will defo come...
